The Scottish advertising industry came out in force to support NABS at our very first Burns Night Supper on 1st February.

 

Challenge yourself in 2008 ... and raise money for NABS

The Community Challenge is a new event scheduled for November 2008, to be run in conjunction with the charity Habitat for Humanity.  A team of 20 volunteers will be sponsored to go to a developing world country and work on a simple building project.  Find out more.

The Mann Award for Women

Closing date for applications: 28th March 2008

The establishment of The Mann Award for Women was announced at January’s IPA President’s Reception – a bursary of £10,000 to be awarded initially in 2009, 2010 and 2011.  This award is in memory of Patricia Mann OBE who died in September 2006. 

Patricia made a significant contribution to the marketing communications industry.  This award is open to senior women of any nationality and based in any country – who have spent at least ten years working in the industry and aims to provide an educational or developmental opportunity that will give their career a significant boost.

The closing date for entries for the 2009 award is Friday 28th March 2008.
