Sheltered Housing

Peterhouse offers 34 single and double flats, offering sheltered accommodation for anybody who has worked in the marketing communications industry or their dependents.   Residents can live independently, with the knowledge that experienced help is always at hand with extra support available if required.

 

The flats are on the ground and first-floors with easy-rise stairs and are also accessible by lift.  They vary in size but all have a generous living area, separate hall, fitted kitchen (including fridge and integral cooker) and a bathroom.

 

Our residents benefit from the numerous advantages of sheltered living, including a minibus service to the local supermarkets and regular visits to Eastbourne, Hastings and other places of interest. 

 

Residents also benefit from a hairdresser, a bar which is open four times a week for pre-lunch drinks, a library and regular in-house events and entertainment.
